How To Keep Your Hair Healthy And Happy In Summers

Summer is due to hair loss is common thing that happen with every one whether it is men or women. So in winter, dandruff have the most outrage in hair. Do what you want to do, keep the hair all year long and get healthy:

1- If you lose your hair, then you should try to remove dandruff by Eat nutritious food. And treat henna with hair. So this will give benefit to your hair.

2- Wash the hair while looking at hair type and weather. Women with disinterested people can wash the hair three times a week in hot humid weather. It will not cause sweat, dust and dirt in hair. If you have hairy oil, then you can wash hair 3-4 times in the summer.

3- Hair packs can be applied for twenty minutes before washing hair, such as egg, curd, white vinegar etc. Keep the henna not more than 2-3 hours.

4- Choose such hair tonics, which include Ambla, Shikkai, Reetha, Brahmi, Bholangraj, Arnaika, Triphala, Gudhal, Bell Neem, Chandan etc.

5- If there is a problem of hair fall, massage with lukewarm oil with a soft hand.

6- Eat nutritious food. Eat a bowl sprouted (mung) It contains amino acids, it is very important for hair.

7- Include fresh fruits, vegetables green, salad, and yogurt in your food. Soybean is also very beneficial for hair.

8- To heal natural hair, mix rosemary, coconut leaves, plum leaves in equal proportion and mix them in curd and put them in hair will turn black. Green Rosemary protects hair from the sun.
