How To Make Lemon Grass Tea

Ingredients for 1 cup (250 ml):
‣ 250 ml water
‣ 1-2 lemon grass leaves
‣ 1 inch grated ginger
‣ 1 clove
‣ ½ inch cinnamon (or 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon powder)
‣ aniseed ¼ teaspoon
‣ 4-5 leaves of basil
‣ brown sugar or honey
Method:
- Add all ingredients in water and boil everything.
- You can add cold milk if you want.
- your lemon grass tea is ready.
