About Recipe:


Crispy Banana chips recipe are dried slices of bananas. They can be covered with sugar or honey and have a sweet taste, or they can be fried in oil and spices and have a salty or spicy taste. Banana chips are commonly found in India. These chips are dry (like potato chips) and can be salted, spiced, sugar coated or jaggery coated.
Crispy Banana chips recipe contain large amounts of saturated fat and smaller amounts of key nutrients when compared to a banana. Banana chips contain potassium, iron and fiber. Today we are using rock salt, as it is made to be eaten in fast.

Ingredients:


Main Ingredients:

  • 2 kg Raw Banana
  • 2 Liter chilled water
  • 2 tbsp solution of (Rock salt+water)
  • ½ kg Ghee/Oil

Directions/Method:


  • Take 2 kg raw Bananas and peel it.
  • Take a bowl of chilled water, and put that peeled Bananas for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Take a Kadai, heat the ghee.
  • When it starts smoking, add sliced Bananas in ghee.
  • Add solution of (rock salt+water) in it.
  • Fry until golden brown and keep it over napkin.
  • Repeat the rest of slices.
  • Your Crispy Banana chips recipe are ready.
  • Sprinkle chat masala if u want and let it cool.
  • Store it in air tight container for up to a week.
