Mushroom butter masala recipe (बटर मशरुम रेसिपी) made with mushrooms and spicy gravy. Mushroom butter masala is a spicy, creamy and a delicious dish that is perfect to served with steamed rice or flatbread. So lets make mushroom butter masala recipe step by step.
Ingredients Of Mushroom Butter Masala Recipe:
Main Ingredients:
- 200 gm Button Mushroom
- 100 gm Butter
- 1-2 nos Bay leaf
- 1-2 nos Cinnamon stick
- 4-5 nos Black pepper
- 2-4 nos Black cardamom
- 2-3 medium onion (sliced)
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 2 Tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1 tsp Salt
How To Make Mushroom Butter Masala Recipe Directions/Method:
- Take a pan to add butter in it, add all dry ingredients ( bay leaf, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, black pepper) stir it for a while.
- Add sliced onions saute it till it becomes golden brown, add ginger garlic paste in it stir it.
- Now add mushrooms in it and saute it for about 3-4 minutes cover it with lid.
- Add all spices (turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt) in it.
- Now add tomato puree in it and saute it for about 2-3 minutes until it leaves oil from it.
- Then add kasuri methi powder and garam masala in it. Keep stirring on low flame.
- Your Butter Mushroom Recipe is ready to serve, garnish it with coriander leaf and a tomato slice.
