About Corn Salad Recipe:


Corn salad for a light and refreshing breakfast that is imaginative for children at home. Make delicious, nutritious and instant sweet corn salad prepared with food. It can be served as a starter dish or snacks dish. So lets make the recipe step by step.

Ingredients Of Corn Salad Recipe:


Main Ingredients:

  • 250 gm corns (boiled)
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 2 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)

For Garnishing:

  • some coriander leaves
  • 1 processed cheese cube

How To Make Directions/Method:


  1. First of all, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. After a while then add chopped onion and roast it for a while.
  3. Then add chopped green chilies, corn, chopped tomatoes, and salt and stir it for a while, mix well.
  4. Now add 1 tsp lemon juice (optional), chat masala and coriander leaves, mix it and your salad is ready.
  5. Your corn salad is ready. It can be served hot or cold, it tastes delicious.
