About Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe:


Fried chicken (also referred to as a southern fried chicken recipe in the United States) is a dish consisting of crispy chicken pieces. which have been floured or battered with spices and then pan-fried, deep-fried, or pressure fried into the oil. The cornflour or all-purpose flour adds a crisp coating or crust to the exterior of the chicken. In the crispy fried chicken recipe, the chicken is cut at the joints, and the bones and skin are left intact. Crisp well-seasoned skin, rendered of excess fat, is a hallmark of well made fried chicken. In this video, we are going to learn how to make easy fried chicken recipe step by step so lets get started.

Ingredients Of Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe:


Main Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken chunks
  • 200 gm all-purpose flour
  • 200 gm cornflour
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 4 tbsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp. chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp. seasoning (garlic powder + parsley + oregano + basil)
  • 3 eggs white
  • 150 ml of milk

For Garnishing:

  • Onion rings
  • Lemon slice
  • Dip or Raita

How To Make Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe Directions/Method:


Egg and milk mixture:

  1. Take a bowl and add egg white, milk in a bowl and whisk it well with a fork.

 

Making of flour coating:

  1. Take a bowl to add all-purpose flour and cornflour mix it.
  2. Add all spices (salt, black pepper, chilli powder, and chilli flakes)
  3. Now add seasoning in mixture (garlic powder + parsley + oregano + basil)

 

Making of fried chicken:

  1. Take a pan, add canola oil in it and heat it.
  2. Now take chicken chunks and dip it in the egg-milk mixture and dust it in flour coating.
  3. Again repeat the same step for more crispiness.
  4. Now fry the chicken chunks on medium flame so it cook well.
  5. Cook well before removing chicken pieces.
  6. Your crispy fried chicken is ready, serve it with dip or raita.
