Paneer Pizza Recipe

About Paneer Pizza Recipe:


Pizza is a savory dish of Italian origin, consisting of a usually round, flattened base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and often various other ingredients (anchovies, olives, meat, etc.) baked at a high temperature. Today we are making paneer pizza. Lets start the pizza recipe step by step.

Ingredients Of Paneer Pizza Recipe:


Main Ingredients:

  • 1 nos pizza base
  • 100 gm Paneer
  • 2 tbsp Paneer chilli masala
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • 2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 Tomato (sliced)
  • 1 capsicum (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • Salt (acc. to taste)

Pizza Sprinkler Spices:

  • 2 tsp Pizza seasoning
  • 2 tsp Red chilli flakes

How To Make Directions/Method:


Preparation of paneer topping:

  1. First, take a pan, add butter to it.
  2. Add paneer pieces to the pan and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Now add black pepper, salt, and paneer chilli masala and mix well.
  4. Your paneer topping is ready.

 

Making of paneer topping pizza:

  1. Now take the pizza base in a tray, apply olive oil on it.
  2. Then keep in pre-heat OTG for about 5 minutes at 250 degrees, for a crunch.
  3. Take the pizza base out of OTG after 5 minutes.
  4. Now put pizza sauce on it.
  5. Put all the toppings (capsicum, onion and paneer) on the pizza.
  6. Sprinkle black pepper and salt over the pizza.
  7. Now add cheese and some olive oil over the pizza.
  8. Now keep the pizza in the OTG for about 10 minutes at 250 degrees.
  9. After 10 minutes we will remove the pizza from OTG.
  10. Now sprinkle pasta masala on it, your paneer pizza is ready to eat.
