Shami mutton kabab Recipe is a local variety of kabab from the Indian subcontinent. It is part of the Indian made by lots of spices. Shami mutton kebab recipe is made out of minced goat meat called keema. This Shami kabab recipe tastes very delicious with green chilli chutney. The traditional meat for kababs is most often mutton or lamb. Variety of kababs are galouti kabab from Lucknow, shami kabab and seekh kabab.
Although kababs are often cooked on a skewer called seekh kabab. It is cooked on a skewer over a fire, or like a hamburger on a pan in a grill, or as a stew.
Ingredients Of Shami Mutton Kabab Recipe:
Main Ingredients:
- 500 gm mutton keema (goat meat)
- 4 chopped onion
- 2 onion puree
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 6-8 green chilli
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp gram masala
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1 lemon juice
- Green coriander
- 1 egg
- Ghee or oil for fry
How To Make Shami Mutton Kabab Recipe Directions/Method:
- Take a bowl of keema (minced meat).
- Add all the ingredients in it.
- Mix it well and knead it.
- Add green coriander in it and mix it.
- Take enough ghee or oil for fry and heat it.
- Make patty of kabab and shallow fry it from both sides until it turns to a golden brown.
- Your Shami mutton kabab Recipe is ready, serve it with green chutney.
