About Recipe:


An Cinnamom Apple pPie Recipe is a pie or a tart, in which the principal filling ingredient is apple. The pastry is generally used top-and-bottom, making it a double-crust pie; the upper crust may be a circular or a pastry lattice woven of crosswise strips. Depending on the bakers preference, the bottom of the double-crust may be baked first (before baking the whole pie) to prevent the bottom from getting soggy. Exceptions are deep-dish apple pie, with a top crust only, and open-face Tarte Tatin. Apple pie is an unofficial symbol of the United States and one of its signature comfort foods. We are making this pie using lattice pattern on top. Lattice pastry is a pastry used in a criss-crossing pattern of strips in the preparation of various foods. Latticed pastry is used as a type of lid on many various tarts and pies. The openings between the lattices allows fruit juices in pie fillings to evaporate during the cooking process, which can caramelize the filling.

  • For Dough:
  • 200gm flour (Maida)
  • 50gm butter
  • 2 eggs (for a Dough & Brush)
  • ½ cup sugar powder
  • 2,3 Drops vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt

For Apple Jam:

  • 50gm butter
  • 2,3 Apple cut
  • ½ cup sugar powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp. Cornflour

Directions/Method:


For Apple Jam:

  • Take a bowl and add flour (maida), sugar, butter, egg and vanilla essence and mix well.

  • Then add a little water and knead it well and apply soft dough.
  • Now cover it for ½ hours.
  • Now take a pan and put butter in it and melted on medium flame, then add sugar and sugar to it and mix it well.
  • Then add chopped apple, cinnamon powder and cornflour and cook it well on a low flame.
  • Your jam is ready.

 

For Pie Dough:

  • Take Dough and cut it into two pieces, and make the balls.
  • Now, take a thin bread from the flour, and keep it well on the mould, cut its edges and make it equal.
  • Then mark in it with fork and then put jam in it.
  • Now take leftover dough and make its long pieces.
  • Now cover the pie with those pieces.
  • Then brush it with egg and keep it at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  • Your Cinnamom Apple Pie Recipe is ready.
