Dahi ke kabab is a very delicious recipe made by hung curd and paneer (cottage cheese). It is crispy from outside and soft from inside. Dahi kabab Recipe is a popular deep-fried patties prepared with grated paneer and other Indian spices. Paneer dahi kabab is typically served as a party starter or appetizer and kids would certainly enjoy each bite by dipping in tomato sauce or ketchup. Lets make dahi kabab recipe step-by-step.

Ingredients Of Paneer Dahi Kabab Recipe:


Main Ingredients:

  • 250 gm Hung curd (dahi)
  • 250 gm Paneer (cottage cheese)
  • Oil (for fry)
  • 2 chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Green chilli (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
  • 4 tbsp Cashew nut paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black salt
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin powder
  • Green coriander

How To Make Paneer Dahi Kabab Recipe Directions/Method:


  1. Take a bowl, add grated Paneer(cottage cheese), Hung curd (dahi), chopped Onions, Ginger paste and mix well.
  2. Now add all dry ingredients or spices, chopped green chilli, salt, Black salt, Black pepper, Red chilli flakes, Cumin powder and Cashew nut paste mix it well by using Cornflour.
  3. Make a thick paste of it.
  4. Now make kabab of it with the help of a spoon, and dust it with corn or all-purpose flour.
  5. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry it at medium flame until it becomes golden brown.
  6. Your Paneer Dahi Kabab Recipe is ready to serve it hot with green chutney or ketchup.
