Chocolate puddings are a class of desserts with chocolate flavors. There are two main types a boiled then chilled dessert, textually a custard set with starch, commonly eaten in the U.S., Canada, Germany and Sweden. This is a more sophisticated chocolate pudding than the one you might have made yourself as a kid. The flavors are more authentic, deeper and darker. Chocolate pudding is a relatively light dessert in comparison to others. Lets start the recipe step by step.

Ingredients Of Homemade Chocolate Pudding Recipe:


Main Ingredients:

  • 70 gm sugar
  • 15 gm cornflour
  • 35 gm cocoa powder
  • 370 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 100 gm dark chocolate (chopped)

How To Make Homemade Chocolate Pudding Recipe Directions/Method:


  1. Take a bowl add corn flour, cocoa powder and sugar in it.
  2. Mix it well.
  3. Now slowly slowly add milk and whisk it well to avoid lumps in batter.
  4. Keep it aside.
  5. Take a pan, heat it.
  6. Now add batter in that pan and heat it on low flame, add dark chocolate in it and cook until it become thick.
  7. It takes around 4-5 minutes.
  8. After that turn off gas flame and let it be cool completely.
  9. Now add vanilla essence and mix it.
  10. After that pour it in glasses and garnish it with chocolate pieces.
  11. Now put it in refrigerator for chilled.
  12. Your Chocolate pudding is ready.
  13. Serve the chilled pudding after meal. It taste delicious.
