About Rice Pakoda Recipe:


Rice pakora is a snack dishes, which is consumed mostly during tea, after meals, and at breakfast. These rice pakoras have a crisp texture from out and are soft from within. They are so good, you won’t come to know that these pakoras are made from rice.
I make these pakoras when I have some leftover rice. It is very delicious in taste. These rice pakoras are quick to prepare and make for a nice brunch or evening snack.
Best served with green chutney or tomato sauce or dry onion-garlic chutney. lets make rice pakoda recipe step by step.

Ingredients Of Rice Pakoda Recipe:


Ingredients:

  • 50 gm of gram flour
  • Two cups boiled rice
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
  • 2 large finely chopped onions
  • 1 spoon finely chopped coriander
  • 1 spoon finely chopped ginger
  • 1 spoon chaat masala
  • Oil or ghee essential for Deep Fry
  • Salt according to taste

How To Make Rice Pakoda Recipe Directions/Method:


  1. Mix all the ingredients including gram flour, finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander, finely chopped ginger, chaat masala, finely chopped green chillies, and salt together and add a quarter cup of water mix it and make a thick paste of it.
  2. Now take a Kadai and heat oil on medium flame.
  3. Now make small balls with the paste-like pakoras and fry them in oil and fry until it turns half golden brown.
  4. Take out the pakodas and put it in the paper towel so that it soaks excess oils Then, fry these pakodas again in the hot oil, remember that while frying the second time do not fry the pakoras to long, they can burn it.
  5. Your Rice Pakora recipe is ready. Serve warmly fried pakodas with favorite chutney.

 

Tip of dish: Pokoda is crushed in two steps when it comes to the crunch.
