About Besan Ladoo Recipe:
Festivals are incomplete without sweets and in India festivals are incomplete without ladoos. Ladoo, an Indian sweet can be made using various ingredients and is round in shape.
We make ladoos out of so many ingredients, there’s motichoor ladoo, aata ladoo, coconut ladoo, rava ladoo, this ladoo, that ladoo and this list is endless.
Out of all these amazing ladoos, besan ladoo is my absolute favourite.
Besan ladoo is a popular Indian sweet dish made of (chickpea flour or gram flour), sugar and ghee. Besan is roasted in ghee till golden brown appearance with nutty fragrance. Then sugar is added to it. Pistachio pieces are also mixed in this mixture optionally.
Ingredients Of Besan Ladoo Recipe:
1/2 Kg Gram Flour
- 300 grams of ghee
- 1/2 kg ground or powdered sugar
- One coconut finely ground
- 8 to 10 small cardamom powdered
- A bowl small chopped dry fruits
How To Make Besan Ladoo Recipe Directions/Method:
1-Keep 300 gms of ghee warm in a pan, pour gram flour in it. Saute it untill it smell good and light brown in color add cardamom in it, and then add coconut and dry fruits in it.
2-After that keep aside the roasted gram for cool down, When the gram flour is cooled, then add the ground sugar to it. Mix well and mix it.
3-Now make ladoos of it. You can keep them for weeks and eat them it can keep longer.
