Ingredients For 1 Cup (250 Ml):

  • 250 ml water
  • 1-2 lemon grass leaves
  • 1 inch grated ginger
  • 1 clove
  • ½ inch cinnamon (or 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon powder)
  • aniseed ¼ teaspoon
  • 4-5 leaves of basil
  • brown sugar or honey

How To Make Directions/Method:


  1. Add all ingredients in water and boil everything for 10 -15 minutes.
  2. In addition, you can also add cold milk if you want.
  3. Now your lemongrass tea recipe is ready. Enjoy the taste of refreshing tea.
