Dont like the taste of plain water? Instead try these delicious low calorie herbal teas and juices. Dates drink juice Recipe are packed with surprising flavors, fresh spices and vitamins - and they make perfect substitutes for water.

DATES are a good source of Potassium, all the B-complex Vitamins, and most notably, Fiber. Dates are among the most alkaline of foods and contain a special type of soluble fiber that has been shown to decrease the body’s absorption of cholesterol and to slow or delay the absorption of glucose in the small intestine, thus helping to maintain steady blood sugar levels.
Recent research has shown that dates are also surprisingly rich in antioxidant and anti-cancer compounds.

Ingredients:


Ingredients For 1 Cup (250 Ml):

  • dates
  • water
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of brown sugar/honey

Directions/Method:


1.Soak the dates in a water for few hours.

2.Blend all ingredients together in a mixer.
