About Recipe:


Cauliflower soup recipe, one-pot-wonders are filled with wholesome ingredients and amazing flavors. They are very easy to prepare and will make a satisfying lunch or dinner any time of the year.

Ingredients:


Ingredients:

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon ghee/olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 4 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • fresh coriander to garnish

Directions/Method:


  1. Put the potato, cauliflower and onion into a large pot with the oil and water.
  2. Bring to boil, cover and turn the heat down.
  3. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, ginger paste and spices.
  5. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the stock, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  7. Add the yogurt, season with salt, pepper. 
  8. Your Cauliflower soup recipe is ready, Garnish with coriander and serve.
