About Recipe:


Sabudana Tikki Recipe (Sagahari dishes) are especially eaten on fast day or you can use them at the festival and festive occasions. Today we will tell you how to make Sabudana Tikki Recipe.

Ingredients:


Ingredients-

  • 1.5 cup sabudana (sago)
  • 4 boiled potato
  • Half Cup - Green Coriander Chopped
  • 2 tsp - Black pepper mixed
  • 1 tsp rock salt
  • To fry - enough oil or indigenous ghee

Directions/Method:


1. First of all, Take Sabudana soaked in water for four to six hours.

3. Now take a bowl, add boiled potatoes, soaked sago, chopped green coriander, black pepper, and rock salt according to taste.

4. Mix well, and make a tikki on the palm of his size.

5. Now heat the ghee in a pan.

6. When ghee is heated properly, you can sip the sago tikki into pan untill becomes golden brown.

7. Your Sabudana Aloo Tikki Recipe is ready, serve them with fresh curd.
