About Recipe:


Shahi paneer recipe is the oldest dish of paneer. Whether it is a wedding party or another celebration, Shahi Paneer recipe has always been the most elegant dishes. No shahi paneer spice is needed separately to make it. We will use simple spices which are usually done in any Indian kitchen.

Ingredients:


Main Ingredients:

  • Paneer (250gm pieces)
  • Tomatoes (4 to 5)
  • Onions (3 to 4 finely chopped)
  • Ginger (one piece finely chopped)
  • Green Chili (2 finely chopped)
  • Cashews (10 to 12 finely chopped)
  • Mawa (1 cup)
  • Cinnamon (1 Piece)
  • Large Cardamom (1 Piece)
  • Tejpatta (1)
  • Pepper (7 to 8)
  • Long (4 to 5)
  • Oil (3 to 4 spoons)
  • Cream (1 cup)
  • Water (1 glass)
  • Salt (according to taste)
  • Red chili powder (1 to 2 spoons)
  • Garam Masala (1 spoon)
  • Turmeric (1/2 spoon)
  • Coriander Powder (1 Spoon)
  • Kasuri Fenugreek Powder (1 to 2 spoons)

Directions/Method:


To make shahi paneer:

Tomato paste-

  1. Take the tomatoes first, wash it with water and pour water in a container, add salt and keep it for boiling.
  2. Cut green chilies and ginger finely.
  3. Now mix the green chillies and ginger with a boiled tomato and mix it in a mixer.

                                   

Onion paste-

  1. Take oil in a pan and put it on low flame, add (cinnamon, teaspoon, large cardamom, long and pepper).
  2. Add chopped onion and fry until it turns brown.
  3. Keep it cool.
  4. Now, make a paste of it to make a mixer.
  5.  Cashew nuts and mawa will mix in a mixer.

 

To make shahi paneer gravy:

  1. Add oil in kadai and heat it.
  2. Put the onion paste and fry it for 15 minutes.
  3. Add mawa cashew paste and red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric and fry it.
  4. Now put tomato paste, and let it cook for a while.
  5. Put garam masala and saffron, add some cream and mix it.
  6. Add a little water and add salt.
  7. Then put the pieces of paneer in the gravy and cover it until it reaches a boil.
  8. Now put coriander leaves on it, your shahi paneer recipe is ready and now it is ready to serve.
