About Meethi Seviyan Recipe:


Celebrate the end of the holy month of Ramazan by preparing Eid special Meethi Seviyan Recipe. It is also known as Vermicelli Kheer, it is made during the festive occasion. Meethi Seviyan Recipe is a delicious and quick dessert, it is a tasty dessert usually made on Eid-Mubarak. Lets make saviyan step-by-step.

Ingredients Of Meethi Seviyan Recipe:


Main Ingredients:

  • 60 gram Seviyan
  • 1 small cup Ghee
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 3-4 Saffron thread
  • 1 small cup chopped Dryfruits (cashew nut, almonds & pistachio etc.)
  • 1 tbsp green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar

How To Make Meethi Seviyan Recipe Directions/Method:


  1.  Take a pan, add Ghee in it.
  2. Add Seviyan in it for shallow fry.
  3. Take out Seviyan from pan.
  4. Now add milk in a pan and bring it to boil.
  5. Add fried Seviyan in it.
  6. Add saffron, and all chopped Dryfruits.
  7. Now add the green cardamom powder in it.
  8. Finally, add sugar to it, stir it on low flame for about a minute.
  9. Again bring it to boil and your Meethi Seviyan Recipe is ready.
