About Recipe:


Celebrate the end of the holy month of ramazan by preparing Eid special Meethi Seviyan Recipe . It is also known as Vermicelli Kheer, it is made during festive occasion. Meethi Seviyan Recipe is a delicious and quick dessert, it is a tasty dessert usually made on Eid-Mubarak.

Ingredients:


Ingredients:

  • 60 gram Seviyan
  • 1 small cup Ghee
  • 1 litre Milk
  • 3-4 Kesar leaf
  • 1 small cup chopped Dryfruits (cashew nut, pistachio)
  • 1 tbsp elaichi powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions/Method:


  •  Take a pan, add Ghee in it.
  • Add Seviyan in it for shallow fry.
  • Take out Seviyan from pan.
  • Now add milk in a pan and bring it to boil.
  • Add fried Seviyan in it.
  • Add kesar, and all chopped Dryfruits.
  • Now add elaichi powder in it.
  • Finally add sugar to it, stir it on low flame for about a minute.
  • Again bring it to boil and your Meethi Seviyan Recipe is ready.
