About Recipe:


Papad Chaat Recipe is made with papad which is a thin, crisp, disc-shaped food from Indian subcontinent, it is served as an appetizer or snack. It is accompaniment to meal in India, mainly made in Rajasthan and Maharashtra in the north

Ingredients:


Ingredients:

  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 Green chilly (chopped)
  • 1 Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Papad

Directions/Method:


 

  •  Take a papad, roast them on an open flame or in a microwave oven and crush them into small pieces.
  •  Next, chopped all the vegetables (onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and green chillies).
  •  Add lime juice, tomato sauce and salt in the chopped mixture.
  •  Finally, add the roasted papad in a plate and add all the vegetables in it and still well.
  • Your Papad Chaat Recipe is ready serve the roasted papad chaat as a side dish along with the main course.
