Salty wheat porridge recipe (dalia recipe)- This is a delicious and nutritious diet that we eat at breakfast. It is a light meal, which is a big food for children, from which everyone can make lentils. But we can make you salty here. The method explains that porridge is available in the market in the form of grain that you can bring home and make it in any taste.

Ingredients:


Material -

  • A cup of wheat porridge
  • A teaspoon- native ghee (clarified butter)
  • Half a bowl - Arhar or mung, gram dal
  • Half teaspoon - cumin
  • Pinch well
  • According to the taste - salt
  • Pinch filled - turmeric
  • One liter water

Directions/Method:


1. Take a cooker, put a teaspoon native ghee in it and keep it warm on the gas.

2. When ghee is heated, put asafoetida, cumin seeds, and roast it. Now add one cup Dalia and roast it. If the porridge is fry then add turmeric to it and roast it.

3. Now add one liter of water to it. Mix lentils also in Dalie. Mix the salt according to the taste.

4. When the boil is well boiled, turn the cooker off. Turn off the gas when a whistle arrives.

5. Your Salty wheat porridge recipe (dalia recipe) is ready.

 

Tip of the recipe:

1. You can make porridge without a whistle or a whistle.

2. You can eat it by mixing it with milk or curd or buttermilk.
