About Recipe:


Kadhai Paneer Recipe is a popular dish of Indian subcontinent. This is mainly prepared by paneer in light gravy made from cream, tomatoes and spices. It is eaten mainly with roti, naan, rice, other bread

Ingredients:


Material:

  • 400 gm cottage cheese
  • Two big - onions became thick
  • An onion - finely chopped
  • Two nuts - tomato paste
  • One inch - piece of ginger pounded
  • One big spoon - fresh cream
  • One big spoon - oil or ghee
  • Half Tea Spoon - Cumin Seeds
  • Pinch filled - asafoetida
  • A teaspoon - green red pepper
  • One small spoon – coriander powder
  • Half Teaspoon – Turmeric powder
  • Half Tea Spoon - Cinnamon Sticks
  • Half Tea Spoon - Garam Masala powder
  • According to the taste - salt
  • To decorate - a tomato, green coriander, a green chilli

Directions/Method:


  1. First, cut the paneer in small pieces to one side.
  2. Now put a stiff gas on the stove. Once it gets hot, put one tablespoon of ghee or oil in it.
  3. Now add cumin and asafetida and roasted it. Then put onion and roast it. Once the onion is brown, add onion, onion, pistachio ginger, and roast it well.
  4. When the onion, ginger is well roasted, then add the tomato paste in it and roast it until the oil comes up.
  5. Now add turmeric red chillies, pita coriander, pisa turmeric, pinch of cinnamon, pinch of cinnamon, and salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes. Mix well after adding seasoning and mix well and cook for one minute.
  6. Now add fresh cream to it and cover it and cook for one minute. After the cooking of the cream, add the garam masala and grated paneer in it, and keep it covered. Now close the gas and take the kadahi down from the gas.
  7. For decoration - Take a green coriander or a tomato, cut it in the shape of a flower and keep it in the middle - let it be your cheese.
  8. Your kadai paneer recipe is ready, serve it with roti.
