Lababdar Paneer Recipe

About Recipe:


Lababdar paneer recipe is a popular dish of the Indian subcontinent l It is designed mainly by cream, nuts, cheese in a gravy of tomatoes and spices. It is eaten mainly with bread, naan, rice, other bread

Ingredients:


Material -

  • 400 gm cottage cheese
  • Two onions - frozen
  • An Onion - Finished Chop
  • A piece of ginger
  • Two tomatoes
  • One spoon - cashew paste
  • One spoon - almond paste
  • A small spoon poppy paste (if you want cashew nuts, almonds, khasakhas can also grind together)
  • One big spoon - cream of fresh cream or fresh milk
  • A little spoon - fresh curd
  • One tablespoon peeled red chilly
  • One spoon – coriander powder
  • Half Teaspoon - Turmeric powder
  • Half Teaspoon - Cinnamon powder
  • A Bay leaf
  • 1-2 small cardamom - grated
  • One big spoon - native ghee
  • According to the taste - salt
  • As per taste - Garam Masala powder
  • To decorate - one cup green coriander

Directions/Method:


  1. First, cut the paneer into pieces of medium size.
  2. Now put on gas for heating ghee in a pan l Now roast the asafoetida, bay leaves with roast cumin l ghee l Now onions fried until brown l
  3. When onion roast should give it mixed paste of cashew nuts, almonds, poppy seeds, and until they come odor from that of roasted or oil comes up l
  4. Now add onion, ginger, and tomato paste and mix all the mixture thoroughly.
  5. Mix red chillies, coriander, turmeric, ground cinnamon, curd and salt and cook them well.
  6. All spices well give cheese got to l and got fresh cream over l and found half a cup of water cheese thoroughly cook on cooking l
  7. When you see that the cheese and all the spices have been cooked together and the ghee is roasted, turn off the gas.
  8. Your Lababdar paneer recipe is read.
  9. Now decorate it with crushed cardamom and green coriander and serve the guests with a powdered, paratha or chapatti (bread).
