Masala Shikanji Recipe is a type of traditional lemonade from Punjab. It is also known as nimbu pani, it is made in summer and keep gulping on it. It is so refreshing and it contain lots of Vitamin C which is very essential for our body in this summer.

Ingredients Of Masala Shikanji Drink:


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp rock salt
  • 1 glass water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3-4 leaf mint
  • 3-4 ice cubes

How To Make Masala Shikanji Drink Directions/Method:


  1. Take a jug and pour glass of water.
  2. Add 2 tsp sugar and stir it.
  3. Now add 1tsp (cumin powder, black salt, salt) and stir it.
  4. Add 2 tsp of lemon juice and stir it.
  5. Add 3-4 leaf of mint and stir it.
  6. Add 3-4 ice cubes in a glass.
  7. Pour it in a glass and garnish it with lemon slice and mint leaf.
  8. Your Masala Shikanji Recipe is ready.
