About Veg Manchurian Recipe:


Vegetable Manchurian recipe is a delicious chinese vegetarian cabbage manchurian recipe from china and popular all over the world. Veg manchurian made with lots of vegetable like cabbage, onions, carrot and spring onions. So lets make veg manchurian step by step.

Ingredients Of Veg Manchurian Recipe:


Main Ingredients:

  • For Manchurian balls:
  • 3 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 cup spring onions
  • 2 cup of corn flour
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • salt to taste

For Gravy:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red/green chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • spring onions
  • salt to taste

How To Make Veg Manchurian Recipe Directions/Method:


Making of Manchurian balls:

  1. Add all the chopped vegetables (cabbage, onions, carrot and spring onions) in a bowl and mix it well.
  2. Now add all ingredients (soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli sauce, black pepper, and salt) mix well.
  3. Add cornflour in a bowl mix it and bind them.
  4. Make small balls of it.
  5. Now deep fry them until it becomes brown and crispy.

 

Making of Manchurian gravy

  1. Add oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped spring onions in it and saute it well for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now add (ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, and salt) in it, mix it and saute it for a while.
  4. Add (cornflour+water) mixture in it and saute it till it gets cooked.
  5. Add water in it and bring it to boil.
  6. Now add Manchurian balls in it and cover it with lid for about 15-20 minutes so that it gets cooked well.
  7. Your Veg Manchurian Recipe is ready to serve it hot.
