About Rajasthani Churma Ladoo Recipe:
Churma Ladoo is a special dessert of rajasthan made with daal-baati, Churma Ladoo are high in calories because of lots of ghee, milk and dry-fruits.
The best part of this dish is that it can be made with the help of easily available ingredients at home. By the way, dry fruits are not added to this North Indian recipe but if you want to make it crunchy, then you can add mixed dry fruits to it. This recipe can save you from the cold during the winter season.
Ingredients Of Rajasthani Churma Ladoo Recipe:
For Churma:
- A bowl of wheat flour
- A bowl of semolina/ suji
- A bowl of gram flour thick
- A bowl hot ghee to make crispy churma ball
- 1/2 liter pure ghee
- 1/2 liter milk
- 1-1 cashew nuts
- Almonds
- 8-10 small cardamom
- A bowl coconut powder
- 8-10 raisins
- 250 grams powder sugar
- chopped little pistachios to decorate.
How To Make Rajasthani Churma Ladoo Recipe Directions/Method:
1- First of all put together wheat, semolina, gram flour, together in a large vessel.
2- Now mix this mixture and add milk to make dough, do not tighten the dough or make it soften.
3- Now put the pan on the gas stove and Add 1/2 litre ghee.
4- After that make small balls from dough and fry these ball in ghee. when the color of these balls look golden brown take these balls out of the pan.
5-Now grind them to make fine powder from mixer. after grinding, Keep it aside. Crush cashews, almonds, and small cardamom in powder and mix it well.
6- Then make small small balls from the mixture and decorate them with pistachios. you may also add mawa in the churma.
7- Your Rajathani Churma is ready.
