About Recipe:


Bread Loaf Recipe or bread roll is type of bread, often round loaf of bread served as a meal accompaniment (eaten plain or with butter). A bread loaf can be served and eaten whole or cut transversely and dressed with filling between the two halves. A variety of bread loaf are found in Europe, from white rolls made with white flour, all purpose flour or garnished with whole seeds such as sesame and poppy seeds.

Ingredients:


Ingredients:

  • 1tbsp. Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Cup Warm milk
  • 300gm All purpose flour ( maida )
  • 1 tbsp. Ghee melted
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • Butter for Greasing

Directions/Method:


 

  1. Mix yeast and sugar in warm milk with a pinch of salt. Cover and keep on a warm place for about 20 minutes, until the mixture rises.
  2.  Mix the above mixture in the sieved flour and knead for 7 to 8 minutes. Then add ghee and salt and knead again, to get a soft dough adding water, if required.
  3. Cover with a damp cloth and keep in a warm place for 20 minutes. Knead once again.
  4. Divide into small portions and roll each portion into small rounds or any other shape as desired.
  5. Arrange then on a well greased drip tray, cove and keep it for 27 minutes.
  6. Bake at 200 degree midway, during the cooking process, reduce he temperature to 150 degree.
  7. Your bread loaf recipe is ready.
  8. Keep it for Cool and serve with soup or spread butter on it and eat it.
