About Recipe:


Potato Cheese Cutlet Recipe is a mouth-watering snack for kids and adult. Aloo Cheese Cutlet is made with boiled aloo with some spices contain stuffing of cheese, after deep frying cheese just melt in your mouth and taste yummy.

Ingredients:


4-5 Aloo (boiled)

  • 10-11 small cubes of Mozzarella cheese
  • 3-4 Green chillies (chopped)
  • 3-4 Onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. ghee
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 10-11 Bread slice

Directions/Method:


Masala preparation:

  • Firstly boil potatoes, peel it and mash it.
  • Take a pan, Heat it and add ghee in it.
  • Add asafoetida and cumin.
  • Now add onions, green chillies saute it until it turns golden brown.
  • Add all spices (turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder) mix it.
  • Now add garam masala, chat masala, kasuri methi and salt mix it well, and stir it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Finally add mashed boiled potatoes.
  • Mix it well and your masala is ready.

 

 Making of cutlets:

  • Make small balls of potatoes masala.
  • Press it with a thumb in the centre of potato balls, and add cheese cubes in it now again make balls but in cylindrical shape. 
  • Now take a slice of bread, cut its edges and dip it in water.
  • Press it and remove all the water from it.
  • Now put the potato balls over bread slice and wrap it completely.
  • Now take a kadai, heat ghee in it.
  • Slowly put the wrapped balls of potatoes in kadai and deep fry it.
  • When it turns golden brown take out all your potato balls.
  • Now your yummy Potato Cheese Cutlets Recipe is ready now, serve it with sauce.
