Chocolate Sponge Cake Without Eggs Recipe

Different types of cakes are made in every corner of our country but nowadays children prefer cakes more like chocolate sponge cake without eggs and Chocolate cake is a cake flavoured with melted chocolate, cocoa powder, or both. If they have chocolate cakes then , there is hardly any child who does not like chocolate cake. There are many types of chocolate cakes available, but there is something else about chocolate cake made in the house and if chocolate cake is without eggs then , make this cake and make your family and loved ones happy.

Ingredients:


Cake Batter:

  • 1 and 1/2 cup- flour
  • One cup Creamy milk
  • One cup-milk powder
  • Half cup sugar
  • Half cup-cocoa powder
  • 100 gm of brown sugar or half cup of chocolate syrup
  • A cup of milk
  • Four tsp - baking powder
  • 2 tsp – Baking powder (Khana soda)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions/Method:


  1. Take a vessel, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt and sieve it 3 times.
  2. Now mix it well, add a bowl of milk powder, a bowl of malai, and half a bowl of powdered sugar in a dry mixture. Mix well in the same way by running hand in the vessel or you can make it in a cake mixer.
  3. Now add chocolate syrup to it and mix it well.
  4. Now add a cup of milk in it, mix all together.
  5. Now put some ghee or butter in the cake mold, pour a little bit of flour on it and dust extra flour. Now put the cake batter in the mold.
  6. Heat the oven for ten minutes (pre-heat) at 180 degree.
  7. Then bake it for 180 minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. Check whether the cake is well baked or not, for this you should prick knife in cake if it comes out clean, then the cake baked completely.
  9. Take it out from oven and let it cool down and serve it with your choice of white chocolate or white cream.
