Onion, Green chilli and Cranberry (karonde) pickle recipe is rich in vitamin C. It also contains anti-oxidant which helps fight diseases. It is made from vegetable, pickle, marmalade etc. karodes (Cranberry ) are of two types: one red kind and one of the green color. Green curry is made of vegetables, which makes it happy, we can take it even in the journey.
Ingredients Of Onion, Green Chilli And Cranberry Pickle Recipe:
Material -
- 100 grams green Karonda (cranberry) - cut into four parts
- 8-10 green chillies - long cut
- Two onions - long cut
- Half Tea Spoon - Cumin Seeds
- Pinch filled - asafoetida
- Half Tea Spoon - Oregano
- Salt as desired
- A teaspoon - mustard oil
- Half Tea Spoon - Coriander Powder
- Pinch filled - turmeric powder
- For decoration - green coriander
How To Make Onion, Green Chilli And Cranberry Pickle Recipe Directions/Method:
- Heat oil in a fry pan.
- Once the oil is heated, add cumin and asafoetida and fry it and add the asafoetida.
- After serving cumin seeds, add long chopped onion and roast it.
- After roasting onions, add long chopped green pepper and mix well.
- Now add coriander, turmeric and salt to it.
- After roasting onion and green chillies, add Karonda (cranberry) and cook for five minutes.
- After cooking, you garnish it with green coriander over it.
- Your Onion, Green chilli and Cranberry (karonde) pickle recipe is ready, you can eat it with bread, paratha etc.
