About White Pepper Laddu:


White pepper, known for its sharpness, white pepper is used to add more flavor to Chinese soups, meats or poultry marinades, and hot stir-fry. Todays recipe is very good for everyone, for children or elders. It can also be eaten in the form of powder or laddoo. Today we will make only powder of it, it also removes glasses from the eyes by eating it every day, memory fades. This is good for the eyes as well as helps in increasing immunity of the body in winter.

Ingredients Of White Pepper Laddu:


Main Ingredients:

  • 20 grams white pepper
  • 1 cup designated coconut
  • 50 grams of Almonds (chopped)
  • 50 grams Walnuts (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons melon seeds
  • 1-1 / 2 cup Bura (powdered sugar)
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee

How To Make White Pepper Laddu Directions/Method:


  1. First of all, we will put all the dry fruits (almonds, walnuts, melon seeds) in a jar and grind it well.
  2. Then we will take white pepper and grind it separately in the mixer.
  3. Now all our ingredients are ready.
  4. Now we'll take a pan, add ghee to it, then add white pepper to it and roast it for a minute.
  5. Then add all the powdered dry fruits and roasts it for a while, after that add designated coconut and mix it well. And fry it well.
  6. Now add the bura (powdered sugar) and mix it well. You can add more sugar if you want according to taste.
  7. Your white pepper powder is ready. You can also make laddoos from it.
  8. Take 1 spoon of it with milk in the morning and 1 teaspoon with milk in the evening, it will be very beneficial for the child and the elders.
