Cheese rice balls Recipe tastes great and needs little preparation, it can be used as finger foods, appetizers or just as a snack. Cheese rice balls recipe is just mouth-watering as it is crispy from outside and stuffed with cheese inside. It is perfect for kitty parties, children loved it most. Lets make cheese rice balls step-by-step.

Ingredients Of Cheese Rice Balls Recipe:


Main Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Bowl Boiled Rice (leftover)
  • 4 Chopped Onions
  • 2 Boiled Potatoes (mashed)
  • 4 tbsp. Gram Flour
  • 4 tbsp. Rice Flour
  • 3-6 Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • Green Coriander

How To Make Cheese Rice Balls Recipe Directions/Method:


  1. Take leftover boiled rice in a bowl, you can add turmeric powder in rice later. Today we are using rice in which turmeric powder already contains.
  2. Now add onions, mashed potatoes, gram flour, rice flour, green chilies in it.
  3. Add all spices (salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala).
  4. Now mix all the ingredients very well.
  5. Finally, add lemon juice and green coriander in it.
  6. Make a soft dough just like wheat flour dough.
  7. Now make smalls balls of it and put small cheese cubes in each ball which makes it tastes delicious.
  8. Add ghee or oil in a pan for deep fry, heat it on medium flame.
  9. Now dust the balls with rice flour and fry it in ghee or oil.
  10. Fry it until it turns golden brown.
  11. Your Cheese Rice Balls Recipe is ready.
