About Recipe:


Cheese rice balls Recipe are taste great and need little preparation, it can be used as finger foods, appetizers or just as snack. Cheese rice balls recipe are just mouth-watering as it is crispy from outside and stuffed with cheese inside. It is perfect for kitty parties, children loved it most.

Ingredients:


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Bowl Boiled Rice (leftover)
  • 4 Chopped Onions
  • 2 Boiled Potatoes (mashed)
  • 4 tbsp. Gram Flour
  • 4 tbsp. Rice Flour
  • 3-6 Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • Green Coriander

Directions/Method:


  • Take leftover boiled rice in a bowl, you can add turmeric powder in rice later. Today we are using rice in which turmeric powder is already contains.
  • Now add onions, mashed potatoes, gram flour, rice flour, green chillies in it.
  • Add all spices (salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala).
  • Now mix all the ingredients very well.
  • Finally add lemon juice and green coriander in it.
  • Make a soft dough just like wheat flour dough.
  • Now make smalls balls of it and put small cheese cubes in each balls which make it tastes delicious.
  • Add ghee or oil in a pan for deep fry, heat it on medium flame.
  • After that dust the balls with rice flour and fry it in ghee or oil.
  • Fry it until it turns golden brown.
  • Your Cheese Rice Balls Recipe is ready.
