Ingredients Of Shahi Tukda Recipe:
Main Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Ghee
- 1 cup Water
- 6-8 thread Saffron
- 1/2 tsp Green Cardamom powder
- 6-8 Bread slices
For Garnishing
- 1 tbsp. crushed Cashews nut
- 1 tbsp. crushed Pistachios
- 1 tbsp. crushed Almonds
How To Make Shahi Tukda Recipe Directions/Method:
For making sugar syrup
- Take a pan to add sugar and water in it, bring into a boil on medium flame.
- Add green cardamom and threads of saffron in it and boil it again.
- Your sugar syrup is ready to keep aside.
Making of Shahi Tukda:
- Take a pan to add all bread pieces and shallow fry them in ghee until it becomes crispy and golden brown from both sides.
- Dip bread slices into sugar syrup for a while and take it out on a plate.
- Garnish it with chopped cashew nut, almonds or pistachio, your Shahi Tukda Recipe is ready.
