Bread Loaf Recipe or bread roll is a type of bread, often round loaf of bread served as a meal accompaniment (eaten plain or with butter). A bread loaf can be served and eaten whole or cut transversely and dressed with filling between the two halves. A variety of bread loaf is found in Europe, from white rolls made with white flour, all-purpose flour or garnished with whole seeds such as sesame and poppy seeds. Lets make bread loaf step-by-step.
Ingredients Of Bread Loaf Recipe:
Main Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Cup Warm milk
- 300 gm All-purpose flour ( maida )
- 1 tbsp. Ghee melted
- 1 tsp. Salt
- Butter for Greasing
How To Make Bread Loaf Recipe Directions/Method:

- Mix the above mixture in the sieved flour and knead for 7 to 8 minutes. Then add ghee and salt and knead again, to get a soft dough adding water, if required.
- Cover with a damp cloth and keep in a warm place for 20 minutes. Knead once again.
- Divide into small portions and roll each portion into small rounds or any other shape as desired.
- Arrange then on a well-greased drip tray, cove and keep it for 27 minutes.
- Bake at 200 degrees midway, during the cooking process, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees.
- Your bread loaf recipe is ready.
- Keep it for Cool and serve with soup or spread butter on it and eat it.
