Dahi ke kabab is a very delicious recipe made by hung curd and paneer (cottage cheese). It is crispy from outside and soft from inside. Main Ingredients:
- 250 gm Hung curd (dahi)
- 250 gm Paneer (cottage cheese)
- Oil (for fry)
- 2 chopped Onion
- 1 cup Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp Green chilli (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
- 4 tbsp Cashew nut paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black salt
- 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin powder
- Green coriander
How To Make Paneer Dahi Kabab Recipe Directions/Method:
- Take a bowl, add grated Paneer(cottage cheese), Hung curd (dahi), chopped Onions, Ginger paste and mix well.
- Now add all dry ingredients or spices, chopped green chilli, salt, Black salt, Black pepper, Red chilli flakes, Cumin powder and Cashew nut paste mix it well by using Cornflour.
- Make a thick paste of it.
- Now make kabab of it with the help of a spoon, and dust it with corn or all-purpose flour.
- Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry it at medium flame until it becomes golden brown.
- Your Paneer Dahi Kabab Recipe is ready to serve it hot with green chutney or ketchup.
